DOM-estics.co.uk respect the privacy of our customers. To protect both ourselves and our customers data we do the following:

Use PayPal as our payment provider, they never pass on your card details to us, are approved by our merchant provider, have excellent disaster recovery facilities and carry PCI compliance. Any card details you enter are entered directly onto their payment server.

We use our own dedicated servers located in an access controlled data centre. All information is backed up regularly to several storage area networks. Physical access and electronic access to the server are controlled. Our people do not have access to data unless they require it to do their job.

Sometimes we have to share data, for example we have to tell our courier the delivery address. Packages are plain and show our return address. Sometimes we may use a third party to fulfill an order, such as direct delivery from a manufacturer. We may also share details in the interest of provention of fraud.

We don't share or sell customer details, and we'll only email you a newsletter if you have subscribed to it.

We sometimes have to contact customers with order queries, we always try mobile numbers and email addresses first.
