Take a standard thai nipple pain stick and make it over 60cm long, make it from stainless steel, grind both ends and then add rubber rings.

Thai Pain Nipple Sticks are great fun, and this extra long nipple stick is long enough to clamp two nipples. Use to control or as a base of hanging weights, or just for fun.
